Christopher Constant has lived in the North Anchorage district since 1998. Professionally, Christopher is a licensed real estate agent as well as a Grants and Contracts Director for a statewide nonprofit substance abuse and behavioral health treatment provider. During his past involvement with the Fairview Community Council, including two terms as President, Christopher successfully led an effort to improve public safety in his neighborhood which was the catalyst that led him to consider serving as an Assembly Member. Christopher is a strong supporter for improving key infrastructure, strong schools and advocating for intensive services needed by Anchorage's homeless population. Perseverance is a quality that he admires most as can be seen by his favorite quote from The Alchemist, by Paulo Coelho, “The secret of life, though, is to fall seven times and to get up eight times."

Daniel is a licensed optometric physician and owner of an independent eye care clinic in downtown Anchorage. He has also provided eye care throughout rural Alaska. Arriving by small plane, boat, snow machine, ATV, and sled, he has performed pop-up eye clinics in over thirty Alaskan communities. Daniel has served as Vice Chair of the South Addition Community Council and has volunteered on the council's Neighborhood Plan Committee and Land Use Committee. Additionally, he has served on the boards of the Arctic Encounter Symposium and the Alaska World Affairs Council, and been an involved member of the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce Legislative Committee, Young Professionals Group, and the Anchorage East Rotary Club. In 2021, he was honored to be awarded "Alaska Young Professional of the Year" by his peers. He loves being in nature and exploring Alaska, whether it’s packrafting, backcountry ice-skating, hiking, or walking his dog, Juniper, on the Coastal Trail. Daniel is honored to represent North Anchorage, one of the most diverse districts in the United States. He is passionate about helping Anchorage be a safe, welcoming community that creates opportunity for all.

Representing the people of Chugiak-Eagle River as a 40-year resident, Air Force veteran, husband, and father. I believe our community needs honest, hardworking, and community minded individuals who share the values of Chugiak-Eagle River residents on the Assembly. I enlisted in the Air Force and was stationed in Alaska in 1982 and have been here ever since. We have built our home in Eagle River, raised our family, created lifelong friendships, and have deep roots in this community. We enjoy spending time outdoors year-round with our family and friends.

It will be my mission to listen first, evaluate second, and then act in the best interest of our families, community, and future. Elected officials need accountability, transparency, and fiscal responsibility when it comes to spending the hardworking dollars of our friends and neighbors.

I believe in doing the best that I can, for as many as I can, and for as long as I can.

“Knowledge is Power” is a phrase Scott learned from the first Broker he worked for and it stuck. Scott started his real estate career in Central Oregon at the age of 18 and moved to Alaska in 2010. Scott served on the Anchorage Board of Realtors for 7 years, both as Director at Large and then as 2017 President. He has served on the Executive Board of The Alaska Association of Realtors and has served as the Alaska representative for Realtor Political Action Committee (RPAC), Major Investor Council for the National Association of Realtors.

Scott's continued community involvement includes a past board member for the Chugiak-Eagle River Chamber of Commerce, a member of District 23 Republican Party. He has previously served on the Board of Equalization, the Zoning Board of Examiners and Appeals for the Municipality of Anchorage and as President of the Southfork Community Council.

Kameron was born and raised in Alaska, growing up the community of Utqiaġvik, Alaska. Prior to his service on the Anchorage Assembly, Kameron served on the Anchorage School Board for four years, serving both as vice president and president. With an extensive history in the local non-profit world, helping to build stronger and healthier communities is an intrinsic part of who Kameron Perez-Verdia is. Currently he serves as the President and CEO of a local non-profit organization founded in 1972 that brings Alaskans together to think critically to ultimately build and strengthen communities. Kameron holds a Batchelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Puget Sound and an M.B.A from the Daniels College of Business at University of Denver. He is an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys exploring Alaska with his wife and two young daughters.

Anna B. Brawley is a planner, project manager, and owns a small consulting firm in Anchorage, with a background in history and urban planning. She likes learning how complex systems work, such as cities, and how to improve them.

Before serving on the Assembly, Anna has served as chair of the Anchorage Budget Advisory Commission, an officer for Spenard and Turnagain Community Councils, on the board of NeighborWorks Alaska, and as a community advocate. She lives in Turnagain with her family and two highly opinionated cats. When not working, she enjoys gardening, creative projects, biking, walking, and Nordic skiing.

Felix came to Alaska for college and never left. His work as Constituent Relations and Special Assistant for the Mayor's Office helped to prepare him for his role as Assembly Member and Chair. His passion is making a difference in the lives of people in his community; and he has been able to do this by not only serving on the Assembly, but by sitting on the board of directors for several nonprofits that help those in need. Writing and journalism is another way Felix has been able to make an impact. While studying journalism at APU he covered local events around town as well as wrote for an international wire service. His stories were published around the world. Felix considers his proudest accomplishment to be “helping fight and eventually obtain protections for LGBTQ Anchorage residents in employment, housing, and public accommodations."

Fresh out of law school, Meg took a job with the Disability Law Center of Alaska in Anchorage, sight unseen. This job not only brought her to Alaska, but gave her valuable experience working on systemic issues. Since joining the Assembly in 2019, she has been instrumental in expanding the Municipality's work around behavioral health and homelessness which improve overall public health and safety. Meg lives in Midtown with her husband Zach, their daughter Zelda, and two dogs, cat and five chickens.

I am proud to be representing the community that I grew up in, raised my family and taught in. My parents taught me love for the outdoors and the joy of nordic skiing. That skiing was my ticket to college and I was a NSAA Collegiate All-American, while studying at Montana State University. After returning to Alaska I worked in behavioral health for 6 years. My husband Tom and I have been married for 35 years. We have three children, all grown and working as engineers. I attained my teaching certificate at APU in 1998, and I went on to teach for 20 years in the Anchorage School District. My final teaching position was as an Elementary Health Teacher, which was my passion and I was awarded Health Teacher of the Year in 2018. I have volunteered throughout the community for SKiku, Anchorage Parks and Recreation, Alaska Trails, Girls on the Run, Scenic Park and Kasuun cooking club, Nordic Skiing Association of Anchorage, Super Sweepers and more. My love for trails and quest for safe, non-motorized routes started me on my community council participation. For the past ten years, I’ve served as an officer on the Scenic Foothills Community Council, where I was instrumental in getting two trails built in our area. I am excited to get to work to advocate for my community.

George is a husband, father of two ASD students, doggy daddy to Betty and Popeye, and self-employed strategic consultant. He's had successful careers as a community organizer, college professor, artist, and government/ nonprofit executive, eventually receiving international diplomatic appointments across the Western Hemisphere. He is a former Special Assistant to the Mayor of Anchorage and recently served as the Northeast Community Council president.

George serves on several boards, including the Alaska Youth Orchestras and Alaska Center for the Performing Arts. He is also an advisory member of Anchorage Cops for Community and the University of Alaska Institute of Agriculture, Natural Resources and Extension.

George is committed to bringing people together for a connected, safe, and thriving city where businesses succeed, our economy grows, neighborhoods flourish, and our families are healthy and prosperous.

Zac Johnson spent his early years living in a cabin along Turnagain Arm. Although his family moved away from Alaska when he was young, Zac found his way back after leaving active duty with the Marine Corps. Zac is a proud UAA graduate, former State Trooper, and was an active member of his community council.

Today, Zac happily resides in the Upper Hillside area with his wife, Liz, and their dog, Archer.

Raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, Randy married his college sweetheart, a Service High Graduate, and moved to Anchorage in 2004 to raise their four children. Randy is a private pilot and enjoys exploring all that Alaska has to offer. He enjoys hiking, biking and watching his children compete in sports. Anchorage is his home and he is deeply invested in the community. Having always lived in District 6 Randy volunteered for Hill Top Ski Area, Bay Shore Klatt Community Patrol and Rilke Schule among others programs.

The Municipal Clerk administers the Assembly offices and oversees Municipal elections. The Municipal Clerk's Office publishes the agenda; records all Assembly-related actions; and produces the minutes for all Assembly meetings. The Municipal Clerk's Office oversees business licensing and staffs several Municipal boards, including the Board of Ethics, the Board of Adjustment, the Election Commission, and the Salaries and Emoluments Commission.

The Assembly's Legislative Services team is the community's liaison to the Legislative branch of municipal government and serves all twelve members of the body through communications, policy and issue research, public engagement, orientation and education, strategic planning, and project management of major initiatives.
